This website (https://meghannreimondo.com) is operated by Friends of Meghann Reimondo ("the Committee," "we," "us," or "our") in support of Meghann Reimondo's write-in candidacy for Woodstock Town Supervisor, General Election, November 3, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you visit this site or communicate with our campaign.

Information You Provide Directly

When you use our opt-in form, RSVP by email, or contact us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Neighborhood or town
  • Expressed preferences (e.g., volunteering interest, vote pledge)

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this site we may collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising networks on this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide exclusively for campaign purposes, including:

  • Sending campaign updates, event invitations, and volunteer opportunities by email
  • Contacting you by phone or text message (SMS/MMS) if you have provided your mobile number and consented to SMS communications
  • Recording and acknowledging RSVPs for campaign events

Text Message (SMS/MMS) Communications

A2P 10DLC & TCPA Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) sent via A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC messaging from Friends of Meghann Reimondo about the campaign, including updates, events, and calls to action. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or participation.

Message frequency: Varies based on campaign activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during peak campaign periods.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages from this campaign.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Our text messaging program operates under a registered A2P 10DLC campaign in compliance with carrier requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the number provided.

Third-Party Services

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our campaign CRM and communications platform to store supporter information and send authorized messages. GoHighLevel processes data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. We do not authorize GoHighLevel or any other processor to use your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain supporter information for the duration of the campaign and for any period required by New York State campaign finance law. After that period, we will securely delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer needed.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Opt out of email or SMS communications at any time
